    Overall:

    The client service is amazing despite the time difference. Since implemented we can see a monthly increase in productivity. Staff can manage themselves and take responsibility for their own productivity. Worktime is very user-friendly.

    Pros:

    The implementation was extremely easy. Being able to add staff per department makes the reporting to managers seamless. The data is very accurate. Worktime makes attendance easy and we use the system as part of our employee evaluation. We can clearly see when staff members need assistance.

    Cons:

    The system does not cater for in-person meetings, or any activity outside the device. We also have days where staff members take half-day leave and this cannot be read in on a specific date.

    I have been using this product to monitor, it is doing wonders. just one click installation. the portal which they have provided gives 100% overview and can drill down to each and every action done. it is very useful and saves your lot of time.

    Overall:

    Overall, I have been very happy with the product and the data it can provide me about my employees which is helpful in many ways. We current use the product for various functions including KPI's. After using the product for some time we decided to add the product to our offering as a value add to our contact center solution we supply.

    Pros:

    WorkTime is great for Time and Attendance, Activity, Productivity, content filtering and per client time logging. Its not only a productivity tool. We have many uses for WorkTime outside of the initial intended use and we are finding more uses as time passes. Being non-invasive the product is generally accepted well by staff.

    Cons:

    The current inability to track users that are not on their device all day can be problematic but I do regularly suggest new features and many of these are or will be added.

    Pros:

    The ability to generate reports about worked hours for remote employees fits exactly our needs. It even reports correctly RDP sessions, with the IP address from where the session came. This way, i can easily sort out usage on a hybrid environment.

    I love this time organizing app as it organize my personal tasks and jobs. It's pretty easy to configure, and you can block users if you need to.

    Pros:

    The best employee monitoring software I've ever tried. Every option they provide is very good.

    Cons:

    Sometimes we needed a support assist to figure some minor thing out.

    Overall:

    At my previous job we first used a different application. But it was inconvenient, too invasive and very hard on system resources. One day we decided to use WT and it was our best decision. In this new workplace I advised it with confidence and my colleagues are happy with that decision.

    For us Work Time is most helpful in many aspects. But the most important is monitoring employees’ activities in remote work.

    Pros:

    Overall WorkTime does what it is supposed to and even some more. We've tried several other solutions, and WorkTime seemed the least problematic, the easiest to use with the clearest presentation of data. And we were completely right. We've been using it for over a year and will definitely stay on for much longer. It's really easy to set up and use. Gives a good insight into employees' work patterns, behaviours and of course... work time. We use it not only to track time, but also to look at patterns of the most successful employees and try to replicate with the rest of the team.

    I didn't have any problems with installing the software, even though we use the soft for a big company with both in-office and remote employees.

    Cons:

    There is no option to choose certain design features, like font and its size, which I lacked a bit.

    I have a positive impression of WorkTime. We've been using it in our company for several months now, primarily to monitor overall employee performance, and didn't have any issues so far.     You can set time intervals for lateness, inactivity or unproductiveness and receive automatic notifications.

    Cons:

    I haven’t found any downsides after a year of use. I’m completely satisfied.

    Overall:

    I like it, especially the automatic reports. I set a 15-minute window for lateness so if an employee doesn’t start working within 15 minutes of the workday beginning, I get a notification. It’s convenient and helps keep everything under control.

    It doesn't capture screenshots from my webcam or desktop nor does it record audio keyboard text or the contents of chats and documents.

    Cons:

    At the moment I haven't found any cons. I've been using it for a year now and everything works great. Very pleased with the result.

    Overall:

    As a law firm, security is important to us. We found this time tracker to be reliable: it doesn't take screenshots of your webcam or desktop, and it doesn't record passwords or keyboard text. In addition when registering you can choose where the tracked data will be stored: on your server or the server of the company providing this service.

    This app takes very little space and displays all the data. It’s easy to track overtime and the websites my employees visit.

    Nothing really. We are satisfied with it. I would only maybe ask to add a dark scheme as an option to the interface, but it’s my preference? not an issue.
